OUR Peoples
Capital Trust Administrative Tribunal
The Administrative Tribunal of Capital Trust Banking (ATCTB) was established to ensure fair and transparent resolution of employment-related disputes within the organization. Comprising five judges, ATCTB holds exclusive and final jurisdiction over employment matters between CTB and its employees, former employees, or their legal representatives.
The tribunal oversees disputes concerning:
- a) Employment contracts between CTB and its staff.
- b) Regulations referenced in these contracts, including CTB pension scheme and employee welfare policies.
