OUR analysis
Capital Trust Administrative Analysis
The Administrative Analysis of Capital Trust Group was established to ensure fair and transparent resolution of employment-related disputes within the organization. Comprising five Analysts, CTG holds exclusive and final jurisdiction over employment matters between CTG and its employees, former employees, or their legal representatives.
The tribunal oversees disputes concerning:
- a) Employment contracts between CTG and its staff.
- b) Regulations referenced in these contracts, including CTG pension scheme and employee welfare policies.
